As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech-focused location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate with staff and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the technology and media environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior and report observations according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal on site.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site policies.
• Support site operations by documenting incidents and maintaining accurate records as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
