As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting the daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor the logistics and distribution environment to identify and report any security-related concerns or irregularities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Assist with controlling access to designated areas within the location as directed by site policies.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
