Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance as appropriate within the aerospace and defense environment.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents.
• Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
