As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movement as required by site protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of activities, incidents, and any security-related matters encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccinations are required for work in hospital environments.
• Work assignments may include duties in hospital morgue settings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
