As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a hotel and resort environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort premises, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public spaces to help to deter potential disturbances and unauthorized access.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities as required.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, communicating with local authorities and/or management as needed.
• Support a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
