As a Security Officer - Unarmed Lobby Patrol in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to support a sense of security, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas.
• Document all incidents and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries as needed while on patrol.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
