As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any unusual activity according to established protocols.
• Operate and maintain awareness of assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and location guidelines.
• Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
