As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms, and manage access control to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone, radio, and electronic messages, to support site operations and emergency response activities.
  • Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response efforts as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of security-related activities and conditions within the property, relaying pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control procedures by verifying identification and granting access to authorized individuals as required.
  • Collaborate with property management and other stakeholders to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
