As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. You will monitor access, oversee badge entry, and respond to security-related situations, all while representing Allied Universal's values of reliability, innovation, and teamwork in a people-first environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents observed at the front desk.
• Assist with visitor and contractor check-in and check-out processes, providing directions and information as needed.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and/or visitors to address questions and concerns.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
