What You'll Do:

  • Carry out screening procedures for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following established protocols.
  • Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by supporting security-related procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of screening activities, incidents, and other relevant information as required by site policies.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding security-related concerns, incidents, or procedural updates.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific instructions and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to help to deter potential security-related risks at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
