As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Union Gap, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall environment. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and tenants. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and security-related awareness within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or hazards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns and support emergency procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
