As a Security Officer - Industrial Center Patrol - Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol or responding to situations.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client site.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
