As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and/or directing visitors as required by site protocols.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to uphold a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
