As a Security Officer - Supervisor - Financial Center - Full Time in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and interact with employees and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions while maintaining access control procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as directed by site-specific protocols.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client policies, procedures, and post orders while on duty at financial institution locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
