Pay Rate: $18.25 - $19.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, including areas relevant to food and beverage operations.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related risks, or maintenance concerns within the location.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related issues or concerns specific to the food and beverage environment.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related observations, incidents, and activities during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
