As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrols in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to address security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
