As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct regular armed patrols and help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those on site. You will provide exceptional customer service, support access control, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to maintain a secure environment within the financial institution.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, security-related hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and reassure staff and visitors.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.
• Follow all protocols for handling and carrying firearms in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Have customer service experience is preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
