As a Security Officer - Chemical Site Patrol in Coffeyville, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the chemical or petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, activities, or potential security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while performing patrols and/or other assigned duties.
• Follow all assigned post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks are preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
