As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, offer outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or breaches.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with property management and/or other personnel as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities.
• Follow all instructions and protocols established by Allied Universal and the site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
