What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or policy violations according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to those at the location.
• Work collaboratively with property management and/or building staff to address concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
