As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unauthorized persons or vehicles entering or exiting the location.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist in directing traffic flow and/or guiding delivery vehicles as needed within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
