As a Security Professional - Access Control Driver in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling a residential community, helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible throughout the location, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to residents and guests. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access to the residential community, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance issues observed during shifts.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide a sense of security-related support to the community.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
