As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your presence and attention to detail will be key as you conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. You will play an important role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while supporting access control and responding to security-related situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
