As a Security Officer - Logistics Access Full-Time in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment at a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities include monitoring and controlling access points, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining order and supporting a culture of integrity, reliability, and teamwork, all while representing Allied Universal’s commitment to putting people first and delivering innovative security-related solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with access-related inquiries and site-specific protocols.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site policies to help protect assets and personnel at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and site requirements.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
