Job Description


As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Full-Time in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will engage with people throughout your shift, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the technology, media, or telecom environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while on patrol.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and sensitive areas as required by site procedures.
  • Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or incident management, following site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
