As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol Full-Time in Flushing, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a luxury residential location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries and directions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site management to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
