As a Security Professional - Commercial Patrol Specialist in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and respond to security-related events as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter security-related risks within the commercial real estate location.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or occurrences as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and providing directions to emergency personnel.
• Maintain high visibility throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide a reassuring presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
