As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent education location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, faculty, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the education location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Report and document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor management processes as directed by site leadership.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuation or lockdown procedures, as appropriate for the education environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
