What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, prioritizing the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the location.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement when necessary to address security-related matters.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or alarms, following established procedures for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
