As an Allied Universal Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for access control, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, residents, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including those related to access control.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and observe for irregularities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding individuals and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with property management, residents, and visitors to address inquiries and provide general assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
