What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents or requests for assistance.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information accurately and promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal staff and external contacts to support security-related operations.
• Assist with the coordination of regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter by dispatching personnel as needed based on activity and situational awareness.
• Support Allied Universal management with incident reporting and follow-up actions within the healthcare setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
