As a Security Professional - Patrol Unarmed Full-Time in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic tech-focused location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. You will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible, contributing to a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor premises for unusual activity and report findings according to site guidelines.
• Work closely with client staff and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
• Document and communicate observations and incidents using Allied Universal protocols.
• Adhere to all site-specific policies and procedures relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
