What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any suspicious behavior.
• Support healthcare staff, patients, and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed.
• Document and communicate security-related incidents and daily activities in accordance with company and site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
