As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol CRE in New Orleans, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Carry out armed patrols in and around the designated commercial real estate property to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Follow site-specific procedures and policies to support a secure environment for tenants and visitors, providing customer service at all times.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies as needed.
  • Observe and report all security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following all post orders and direction from Allied Universal management.
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner after patrols and/or incidents on the property.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess an armed guard card or license as required by state and/or local regulations.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
