As a Security Professional - Tech Campus Patrol in Hopewell Junction, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will interact with people throughout the location, assist with access control, and contribute to a welcoming and secure atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and media location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities in and around the premises.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and inquiries, maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site staff to address security-related concerns and support site operations.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
