As a Security Officer in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will remain highly visible, engage with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding the company's values of teamwork, innovation, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site, particularly in tech, media, and telecom settings.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and/or guests at the site, addressing their inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Support Allied Universal and client leadership in promoting a positive security-related presence throughout the location.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and other assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a Guard Card or equivalent license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
