As a Security Professional - Tech/Media Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a strong presence at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for monitoring various areas while operating a company vehicle. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and uphold our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities when necessary to address security-related situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
