As a Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize your communication skills and attention to detail to handle access control and respond to incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities according to established procedures.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related needs on site.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
