As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within upscale residential and hotel environments. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at hotel and residential locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting residents, guests, and staff as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for unusual activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals.
• Document and report incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with local authorities when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
