As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, managing badge access, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and embody our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Control access to the location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors, following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items from entering the facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to observe for any security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and site requirements.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures relevant to a food and beverage processing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
