As a Security Officer - Tech Facility Rounds in Latrobe, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you contribute to a secure environment where people and assets are protected. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on location.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
