As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Officer in Marshall, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major food and beverage location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel to provide guidance on security-related protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client operations by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with security-related tasks as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
