Job Description


As a Security Officer - Facility Rounds in Marshall, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic food and beverage location. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as directed during incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrol activities and incidents encountered while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
