As a Security Professional - Auto Lot Patrol in Graniteville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Officer in an automotive environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure atmosphere. Your presence is key in providing exceptional customer service and strong communication while remaining visible across the location. This role may require driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in resolving issues on site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards within the auto industry environment and report findings according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while representing Allied Universal at the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or observations as required by site protocols.
• Assist with access control and verify credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience, or 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
