As a Security Professional - Patrol Rounds - Manufacturing in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct regular patrols, assist with access control, and remain visible to support a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Document and report any unusual observations or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining awareness of security-related procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or incidents as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
