As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Unarmed - Full-Time in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will engage with employees and visitors, offering outstanding customer service and clear communication. This role requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and site personnel as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, following site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
