As a Security Professional - Access Gate Monitor in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional specializing in access control at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual circumstances to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
• Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.
• Collaborate with client personnel and other Allied Universal team members to support overall security-related objectives at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
