As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Bank Location in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the financial institution location.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
