As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist in SPRINGDALE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a major food and beverage location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the food and beverage location.
• Verify credentials and/or identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to the unique requirements of the food and beverage industry.
• Document observations and/or incidents according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
