As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Specialist in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This position involves primarily driving throughout the property, addressing situations as they arise, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee access control, following site guidelines.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain detailed records as required by site protocols and Allied Universal policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol to help to deter unwanted activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
